O'Hare Accurate Auto Body

I had a good experience. There were some initial issues with my repair but the staff stood by their warranty and addressed them. Staff was always available when I called and gave regular updates. While the wait was inconvenient I am thankful they took the time to address all issues properly. I would use them again.

My two week old Porsche Cayenne S was scratched on the bumper and wheel flare. Luckily I had wrapped the front end at purchase and it saved my paint but the wrap was scratched. Naperville Oharebodyrepair did an excellent job buffing the bumper scratch without removing it and removing the wheel flare and stripping the old wrap, buffing it and rewrapping and installing it back good as new, car looks wonderful again. I highly recommend this shop Phil was great to work with

Great experience with O’Hare Auto Body Shop! The team was professional, communicative, and made the whole process easy. My car looks brand new — you’d never know it had any damage. The work was done on time and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for quality and reliable service!

I had a great experience with Philip and others at O'Hare Accurate Auto Body after my car was sideswiped. They strongly advocated on my behalf with the insurance company for the at-fault driver to ensure that they covered good replacement parts instead of the cheapest after market parts. They kept me up to date all the way and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

I recently brought my 2025 BMW 330i to O'Hare Accurate Auto Body Shop in Naperville after someone hit my vehicle, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team made the whole process smooth, clear, and stress-free. Throughout the time my car was in their shop, I received consistent updates and follow-ups from the staff. They kept me informed every step of the way — what they were working on, what was coming next, and when I could expect everything to be completed. Their communication was excellent and really gave me peace of mind. When I picked up my vehicle, not only was the body work done perfectly, but my car was a lot cleaner than when I brought it in. That extra level of care really stood out to me and showed how much pride they take in their work. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend O'Hare Accurate Auto Body Shop to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle. The quality, communication, and customer service were all top-notch, and I’ll definitely return if I ever need anything in the future.
